I believe frank is not a good match for the team.
- doesnt chat
- doesnt have a good intel record
- doesnt bring anything to the team
- is a late attacker
I propose BOU kicks him out.

lok, i remember i was given many chances to improve when i first join in. true i was level 46 then and frnak is already lvl50. what if.... alright, i'll vote..... a bit later ha!

I voted to kick him, because I agree with loko that he doesn't fit in and work with the team. With that said, I have to say that frank has delivered when necessary and is not that far off in Intel. But to succeed in the hard ops we need to work closely together and thats where I see a problem.

The main point is that he is not really good in attack... I mean, come on, how did he failed on sour grapes.... It was all open. And his previous operations wasn't really good either.
He could have compensate that with a good attitude on the chat, but he never says anything.
So I propose to let him now he already has one foot out, and if he doesn't change anything, we kick him out. (Depending on the result of the vote of course)

I agree with loko
Low on intels so far, he should be at least on 90 according to 15/day rule. Late attack im not sure. He can speak decent English (from the first few exchanges we had when he first joined the TF) , so no excuse in being quite most of the time.

Guys, although it can be because of DT, this guy is not the first time to collect over 20 intels suddenly. If I put myself in his shoes, i'm probably thinking..... "gees, i like this group. i never perform this well before. 105 intels a week? i'm definitely getting it before saturday night. i think they'll like me. i'm not good in English. it takes me too much time reading all the chats but i think they'll understand...." if that's the case. it's a bit sad to kick him too early. of course, there's another scenario. "look at these jerks. how dare they claim themselves top20. setting a weekly goal of 105? pathetic group. in my country, so many people can double what they do. i'm not going to sweep any more than once every 30 hrs. gees, i bet they have their eyes opened every time my intels go up in dozens suddenly....." HOWEVER, i believe in lok. he has good sense. i'm probably daydreaming only. too bad he has to read through my reply in order to know i support his move  |

I didn't vote for a long time - I trust Loko's instinct, but I wanted to give Frank the benefit of the doubt. However, after todays failed attack with warriors (when the plan called for TMed), without any communication before or after in chat, I think it's clear that Frank does not belong in our TF. Therefore, I kicked him out - sorry if someone else wanted to do the honors  |
